	<li>Academic - A month wise age appropriate structured curriculum is planned. This will be taught to the children in a play way method.</li>
	<li>Non Academic :

			<li>Celebrations : Various festivals and days of national importance will be celebrated by the children in order to make them familiar with the social pattern, national tradition and culture. This will generate a sense of patriotism and self esteem.</li>
			<li>Field Trips : Monthly field trips will be organised in order to provide the children with first hand knowledge of various themes as per curriculum.</li>
			<li>Competitions : Various competitions are planned to help them identify their special talents and transform it into their strength.</li>
			<li>Parent-Teacher Meet :A monthly gathering is planned, where parents, teachers and children of the group will interact and exchange their views and ideas.</li>
			<li>Promotion : A continuous and comprehensive assessment of the child will help him/her to be upgraded to the next grade.</li>
			<li>Conveyance : Bus, Van & Auto Rickshaw facility will be provided to each child according to the child's requirement.</li>
